WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Greet and assist students, families, and visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, scheduling, and phone inquiries
Handle customer questions, concerns, and requests with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Promote and sell services, memberships, or products to meet sales goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and presentable
- Process payments and manage basic administrative tasks
- Assist with class and camp check‑in and check‑out
- Support customer service needs calmly and professionally
- Communicate with instructors and staff to support daily operations
- Handle confidential information responsibly
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in customer service required
- Sales experience or a proven ability to upsell and recommend services/products
- Experience working a front desk or reception role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Comfortable using scheduling software, POS systems, and basic computer applications
- Reliable and punctual with flexible availability
